Shipping
Every Little Fish BOATEAK order is thoughtfully packaged by hand in our Hilton Head Island, South Carolina studio.
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. During holidays, festivals, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
Please note: Occasionally, USPS may not scan a package when it is picked up from our studio. This can cause tracking to appear as if the package hasn't shipped, even though it's already on its way. In many cases, the first tracking update doesn't appear until the package reaches the next USPS processing facility. If your tracking hasn't updated after several business days, please don't hesitate to contact us—we're always happy to help.
We currently ship throughout the United States and select international destinations.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your Little Fish BOATEAK purchase.
If for any reason you're not completely happy, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, jewelry must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that the following items are final sale:
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Promotional Offers
If an order includes a Buy 2, Get 1 Free or similar promotion, any returns may result in the promotion being recalculated. Refunds will be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing, and any free promotional items must be returned to receive a full refund.

What if I need a different size?
Many of our pieces are available in multiple lengths or bracelet sizes. If you need something custom, please contact us—we're always happy to help whenever possible.
Packaging
Every Little Fish BOATEAK order is thoughtfully packaged by hand in my Hilton Head Island, South Carolina studio.
Your jewelry will arrive safely tucked inside a protective bubble mailer and presented in either our signature Little Fish cotton drawstring pouch or our signature gift box—perfect for gifting, storing, and protecting your jewelry for years to come.
Whether you're treating yourself or someone special, we hope opening your Little Fish package feels just as special as wearing it.
Repairs
The majority of Little Fish is lovingly handcrafted in my Hilton Head Island studio. While we strive for the highest quality in every piece we make, handcrafted jewelry occasionally needs a little extra love over time.
If a delicate chain becomes snagged or breaks, a rope bracelet pulls loose from its magnetic clasp, or your jewelry experiences everyday wear or accidental damage, I'm always happy to help whenever possible.
Repairs requiring replacement chain, wire, rope, magnetic clasps, or other materials are subject to a repair fee plus return shipping. We'll always evaluate your piece first and communicate any costs before beginning the repair.

Who makes the jewelry?
Little Fish BOATEAK is a small, family-run business based on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Every piece is personally designed or carefully selected by me with my signature coastal style in mind. Approximately 75% of my collection is handcrafted in my studio, while the remainder is thoughtfully created with trusted production partners or carefully curated from artisans whose work complements my brand.
Please keep this in mind—we are not a large corporation. When you reach out, you're communicating directly with me, and every order is handled with genuine care, gratitude, and intention. Thank you for supporting our family's dream and allowing Little Fish BOATEAK to be a small part of your story!
Jewelry Care
Your Little Fish jewelry is designed to be worn, loved, and enjoyed for years to come. A few simple care habits will help keep it looking its best.
- Treat your jewelry with care and avoid pulling or tugging on delicate chains, pearls, or rope.
- Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, gardening, sleeping, or any activity where it could become snagged.
- Put your jewelry on last, after applying perfume, lotion, sunscreen, or hairspray.
- Store each piece separately in cloth bag or jewelry box to help prevent scratches, tangles, and unnecessary wear.
Can I send my order directly as a gift with note?
Absolutely! Simply ship to your recipient's address. Pricing is never included in the package. Feel free to add a message in cart at checkout that I will make sure to handwrite on a signature little fish card.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! I love creating meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces. While I'm not able to take on every custom request, I'm always happy to consider designs that fit within my signature Little Fish style.
Whether it's turning a special piece of fabric into earrings, incorporating a meaningful material, or creating a variation of one of my existing designs, I'd love to hear your idea. If it's something I feel I can create beautifully, I'll do my very best to bring it to life.

Yes! I offer special pricing for larger orders, including bridal parties, corporate gifts, employee appreciation, golf tournaments, weddings, and special events.
